No returns unless your product is damaged
ALL packages that are broken or damaged will be replaced by Flight Zone. Used products do NOT qualify. You MUST email email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item within 2 days of receiving the package to be eligible. In the email be sure to include your name, order number, item that was damaged, and the email you used to place the order. Store credit will be issued if we do not have an identical or similar item.
